All children benefit from quality early child care and education. Research shows that low-income children gain the most. And subsidizing good child care is the single most important factor in moving low-income families to self-sufficiency. MCH provides quality child care to low-income families as well as education and community services to help them improve their lives. Our expanded child care services and new, improved facilities are meeting critical needs.
