18 years of age or older

Eligible to work in the United States

Not currently enrolled in high school

Currently living in Mississippi

Must submit income information

PRIORITY GIVEN TO:

Primary caregiver of a child thirteen (13) years of age or younger

AND/OR

Primary caregiver of a person over the age of thirteen (13) with a disability

Veterans

AND/OR 

Spouses of veterans
