The Built to Win Raffle was created to showcase the skills of participants in our Women in Construction program while giving the community a meaningful way to give back.

Proceeds from the raffle directly support women on their journey toward economic independence, helping to break the cycle of poverty and create multi-generational change. By participating, you not only have the chance to win a one-of-a-kind prize built by the individuals enrolled in our program — you also invest in a stronger future for women and families in our community.

For 2025, participants constructed a custom shed as the centerpiece prize, demonstrating the hands-on training that prepares them for high-paying careers in the skilled trades.
