PATH (Pathways to Advancement & Thriving Households) builds on the success of WinC while expanding access to career pathways, supportive services, and opportunities for more individuals and families.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT?
PATH expands the model to serve more low-income individuals, including men, while continuing to prioritize women and single mothers. Multiple entry points, individualized career planning, and a broader range of training opportunities create more pathways to high-paying careers and stronger, more stable households.
PATH remains true to Moore Community House's commitment to creating opportunities for women. Through HER PATH designated cohorts, we will continue to provide women-only training opportunities within a broader framework, while preserving the supportive, empowering environment that made WinC special.
