Our Women in Construction program empowers women to build successful careers in the skilled trades. Through hands-on training, supportive services, and career placement assistance, we provide the tools and opportunities needed to break barriers and achieve economic security.

Do I have to pay to get in?
There is no charge to apply or to take any classes at WinC.
Where are you located?
Our training center is located at 684 Walker St. in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Are the trades right for me?
They could be! Trade jobs are great jobs, for men and women. Give us a call at (228) 207-5265 to learn more about the program!
How much do trade jobs pay?
Many entry level trades jobs start at $16 - $20 an hour and often increase with time and experience!
I would love to take a class, but am not sure how I will balance work, training and family. How can you help?
Come talk to us, and let's see how we can make it work for you. Depending on available funding, WinC may be able to provide support services and/or resource referrals to help balance it all.
